• The following table shows both the gross prices (incl. 25% Swedish V.A.T. | marked in bold) as well as the net prices (excl. V.A.T.).
• Prices in our online registration platform will be displayed as gross value only.
  
• Registration fee includes Workshop proceedings on USB drive.

If you are a speaker or poster presenter in two or three of the Stockholm conferences, we kindly ask you to enroll in each workshop individually in order to ensure you receive all your speaker or poster discounts.

In case you wish to register 5 or more participants for your company, have a look at our lucrative sponsoring packages. Group discounts are also available: please contact us directly at info@mobilityintegrationsymposium.org.

• For German participants: Bank transfer until 24 september 2018, SEPA debit note and credit card until 8 October 2018.
• For international participants: Bank transfer until 3 September. SEPA debit note and credit card until 8 October 2018.
• When registering on site, you can pay in cash or by credit card.
• On Site: Students can still register for a reduced fee (for most options) but need to pay an on-site service charge of 40,- EUR.
• Manual changes and/or amendments of the online registration (e.g. change of person or invoice address) will trigger a processing fee of up to Euro 75.00 (including VAT).

Please note that the registration fee does not include accommodation. Please find more details on the “Venue & Accommodation” page of our website.

* The reduced speaker/poster fees only apply for the conference you are presenting in. For the other conferences regular fees apply.

** Does not apply for speakers or poster presenters who present in two or three of the Stockholm conferences (double or triple speakers).
